What would you like for breakfast?! Butter 🧈 on toast 🍞? 

This is NOT ordinary butter 🧈. 
This is delbocia butter 🧈 . 
This is a cake disguised as  delbocia butter 🧈 

I was imagining a cake that can translate the aroma and flavour of delbocia salted butter. However one of the MAIN characteristic that delbocia butter has is the elegant cleanliness finish on the palate while not sacrificing (instead elevating) the buttery mouthfeel and taste. 

You know how buttercream could be too overpowering? I used to avoid that. Then I tried this butter and I KNEW straightaway I NEED to make buttercream with this sensational product. Using all dairy sourced locally in Australia 🇦🇺 paired with oldest #dolomites 🇮🇹 technique to create this magical thing! 

Would like to taste it? Come to glacedessert Farmers Market 🧺 pop up at cobakespace this weekend and have a crack at it 😍

Honestly, this cake is something you have to taste to believe. I love it so much it’s so hard to be humble about it. Thank you delbocia for creating such an amazing butter 🧈. I promise you, you won’t look at butter 🧈 the same way again.
