Coconut Klepon 

My fellow Indonesians… #IFYKYK 

A day before our Independence Day, and future is both bright and challenging for us. We would have our leadership transition very soon and how much that changes (or not) , one thing stays: our passion for our food

Honestly my favourite Jajanan Pasar (market snack, and when we say market, we mean “hood” market, not nice fancy market like what we have here in Australia 😄). It is so humble and such a burst of flavour, literally. I’m emulating it in this number and as just like any of our specials, very limited amount!

This weekend only at both glacedessert stores

Pandan Sponge
Pandan Coconut Mousse (I use karacoconut for this one, just like how we use them in most of Indonesian cookings )
Chewy salted Gula Jawa (Indonesian type of Coconut Sugar) caramel
Vanilla and cream cheese mousse for that extra bite

It is like a pure, sweet nostalgia straight to your vein and hips!
