Any guesses what we are having for dessert tonight? 😋😋😋

We have this dessert, “Chocolate Excellence” since the beginning of GLACÉ. It’s a straight up indulgence for chocolate purist. It explores the textures of chocolate in mousse, brownie, creameux and Sablé . The only beautiful “diversion” is the chewy salted caramel centre.
