Here is the second part on how I did my pears 🍐

If I can be perfectly honest, the video doesn’t do justice. I am really really proud of how they turned out to look, taste and shape. I guess it would take a bit of time till I can be better at video producing 😅

Yes I covered the bench everytime I have to work with messy stuff like chocolate glaze, making the clean up after easier since chocolate just sticks on to pretty much everything and everywhere
