Mamzar Beach Tower | EAS 
Dubai, UAE

Inspired by Edward Hoppers’s famous painting “Nighthawk” 1942 this chiclet pattern tower is wrapped around with precast wall panels. The absence and presence of these panels create frames and at times outdoor balconies informing the interior spaces. The use of transparent glass and soft corners increase the viewing angle and at the same time frames both the inside out and the outside in.
