The goal was never speed. It was strength. Strong foundations create long term freedom.

3. I treated small decisions like they were major investments
The small choices that no one sees are the ones that compound. Quiet decisions create loud results.

4. I focused on identity before strategy
Plans change. Markets shift. But who you become shapes what you can build.

5. I stayed committed to expanding my capacity
When life demanded more, I learned to stretch. Your capacity sets the ceiling on your success, so I kept raising it.
