Bayern Munich vs Atlético Madrid 4-0.

The First Match
The initial final was a tight, defensive battle that remained goalless throughout the regulation 90 minutes.

In extra time, Atlético Madrid looked certain to win after a free-kick goal by club legend Luis Aragonés in the 114th minute. However, in the very last minute of extra time (120'), Bayern defender Hans-Georg Schwarzenbeck scored a desperate long-range equalizer, forcing a replay.

The Replay
Two days later, the teams met again at the same venue. This time, a demoralized Atlético Madrid could not contain Bayern Munich. The German side dominated completely, winning 4–0 with two goals each from Uli Hoeneß and Gerd Müller. 
This victory secured Bayern Munich their first European Cup title, which they would go on to defend for the next two consecutive years (1975 and 1976).
