Property feels like an investment when everyone wants in.

It feels very different when people want out.

Property is a difficult investment to extract value from for non institutional investors. It’s good until it isn’t. Liquidity until there isn’t. A credit line until there isn’t.

You either borrow against it, or you exit.

When a market drops, there’s no equity to tap into.

Banks say no. 
Buyers stop showing up.
The illusion is gone.

The best assets in the world don’t rely on a buyer appearing. They trade 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere on earth.

Liquidity matters much more than people realise.
