What an incredible year! ✨
I never had the slightest thought in my mind that I’d get an MVP award. The highest award in the organization. Shocked to say the least. Shocked because I always do the things I do out of the kindness of my heart. I never expect anything in return. I’ve given my entire baseline to reps as a way invest in them because I want to see them succeed. Shocked because I’m extremely passionate about what I do. I genuinely just lead by example. I coach and mentor individuals to better a better version of themselves. During my training process I always tell consultants “Your main objective to be a better version of yourself and to be better than me” 👌🏾

Bright World is an organization that provides you with all the resources you need to be successful in this industry. It’s up to you what you do with it and how you want to build. It’s a true and 100% entrepreneurship environment. They test your ability to succeed and I love challenges so it was a perfect fit for me. Nothing is handed to you. Build it. If you find yourself in an organization that simply hands it all to you. Just a friendly reminder that it’s only a matter of time before they run out of things to hand you. 

I want to thank my mentors Alex Valle And Nikko Rios for guiding me through my success. Realigning me every time I fell off and reminding me of who I am and what I am capable of. Our amazing COO Sandra Valle for the extraordinary guidance she’s given me for pipeline management. To the entire executive team for always providing me with answers in order to excel in my career
