When I first came home from prison, I knew the odds were stacked against me.

Most people expected me to fall right back into the same life.

Instead… I went all in on fitness. 💪

Right away I started stacking certifications:

📚 Personal Training
🧘 Pilates
🧘‍♂️ Yoga
⚡ Marma Point Therapy

I was proud of myself.

Because while I was locked up, I wrote down every goal I wanted to accomplish when I got home.

And when the gates opened…

I did exactly what I said I was going to do.

No excuses.
No blaming the past.
No feeling sorry for myself.

Just discipline and action.

I knew I was an underdog, but that never bothered me.

Underdogs just have something to prove.
