Most kids wake up and grab an iPad.

My son wakes up and does push-ups with his dad. 💪

This isn’t about making him a bodybuilder.

It’s about teaching him discipline.

Teaching him that when you say you’re going to do something…

You do it.

Even when you’re tired.
Even when you don’t feel like it.
Even when nobody is watching.

Because one day he’s going to be a man…

And I want him to understand that men keep their word.

If more fathers trained with their sons…

We’d have a lot more strong men in this world.
