I just stepped in as the sales floor manager at a moving brokerage and I’m building out a strong team.

Right now I have about 8 reps on the floor, but I’m looking to bring in 2–3 more killers who actually want to make money. 💰

If you have experience in the moving industry, definitely reach out.

If you don’t have moving experience but you know how to sell, I’m still willing to talk. I can teach the industry… I can’t teach work ethic.

My goal is simple:
Every rep on my floor should be making $3,000–$5,000 per week. 📈
