I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how I inject my daily testosterone dose, so I wanted to document this process 💉

This is my first time using a 1cc syringe with interchangeable tips.
• 25mg total (12 units)
• 20g to draw
• 30g 8mm to inject

I previously backloaded insulin syringes, but I wanted to try this method and show how it works in practice 🧠

I’m not telling anyone what they should or shouldn’t do.
This is my personal journey, shared for transparency and education — especially for people who are already curious and want to understand the process instead of guessing and risking contamination or injury ⚠️
