Thanks to koreatravelmate i visited the mountains of North Jeolla Province, Seonunsa Temple is one of Korea’s most peaceful and beautiful temple sites. Surrounded by forests, streams, and stunning nature, it offers a perfect escape from the busy city. The temple dates back to the 6th century and holds deep historical and spiritual significance.

But what truly makes it special is the park around it, especially famous for its camellia trees, vibrant in spring and autumn. Whether you’re walking along the stone paths, listening to the wind through the trees, or just soaking in the calm energy — every corner feels magical.
