You don’t need a job.
You need an income stream.
Let me explain...

Since moving to Thailand, people keep asking,
Keron, what’s the job market like out there?

Truth is — I have no idea.
I stopped thinking in terms of getting hired.
I started thinking in terms of solving problems and building revenue streams.

Here’s the shift:

Jobs are just one path.
But so is e-commerce. So is consulting. So is sourcing products, managing logistics, and solving supply chain issues for underserved markets like the Caribbean.

And if you’ve seen American Gangster, you know what made Frank Lucas powerful —
he cut out the middlemen, went straight to Thailand, built the supply chain, and controlled the game.

Most importantly, he had his cousin here to liase with the local factories and they worked together.

We need more Caribbean folks coming out to Asia and being the Cousin!!! 

Asia is full of opportunity.
Many of these countries offer 60–90 day tourist stamps on arrival.
You don’t need a work visa to explore, learn, build, and connect.
Stay in a hostel. Rent an Airbnb.
Scope the scene. Build your network.
Then apply for a long-term visa once you’ve found your lane.

If you’re from the Caribbean —
so many of the challenges we face back home can be solved by leveraging the strengths of this region:
factories, labor, logistics, affordable living.
But you have to bet on yourself to see it.

I’m 38.
Living in my third country.
I sold my car and everything I owned to bet on myself — again.
To create the life I desire, not just the one I was handed.

You don’t need a job to do the same.
You just need to believe you can build something that doesn’t require permission.
