If it's one thing I enjoy...I rarely ever need my wallet.

My Wise and Bank of America accounts are added to Gpay. 

The vast majority of places here in Thailand accept cards or tap to pay. 

Other businesses also have Wise, which enables them to accept real-time payments from foreigners coming into the country. 

The moment I get a local Thai Bank account, I will then be able to use their QR Code Payment system and at that point, I might never touch cash in Bangkok.

Might be different in rural parts of Thailand but 4 months in, I rarely touch cash.
