Y'all have literally asked for the entire story...and so let's break it down from start to finish.

Grab your popcorn and here we go.

This is the story of how I basically stole a condo after Midnight from a another foreigner lol.

In Thailand, you can see a place now...leave and go get a snack to think it over...come back 10 minutes later and someone else paid their deposit and you lost out.

This is because 1 owner could have 10+ agencies selling on their behalf and since they work on commission...the race is on to get a signed contract and deposit to rent the condo...so they could get their commissions.

I had 17 condos saved to check out when I landed...and almost all got booked lol.

Me and this English guy went down to the wire...trying to book this condo...
