We’re nearing the last few days of 2017! Have you taken time to reflect on your accomplishments? Have you thought about what your goals for 2018 are going to be? 
At one point in my life my mantra was “Just say yes!” Say yes to new people and new adventures and new opportunities. However, I’ve decided that 2018 is the year of “No.” I know that sounds a little strange, but I’ve decided it’s what I need to work on most. I’m a people pleaser; my knee jerk reaction is to say “yes!” or be as accommodating as possible. I am going to work on saying no to things that I don’t want to do and pushing back when I don’t agree or most importantly, saying “no” to people who don’t deserve my time and energy. It’ll be easier said than done, BUT I know it’ll be worth it!! Getting in a gym routine is always a great resolution, but make sure you pick a few goals that address your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional self as well. 
I’m super pumped that I’ll be at the bodybuildingcom booth for the LA FitExpo!! Make sure you come by on January 6th or 7th! We have a bunch of sick things to give away!
