#MotivatedMonday! Where are my other fitness competitors?! I'm officially within the 16 week mark. For some reason I feel like a switch has been turned on in my brain. My inner competitor has dusted herself and jumped up ready to f*cking work! I've made up my mind. The calendar has been circled and my goal has been set. Nothing and no one will stop me. I know the work that lies ahead and I am ready to sweat. As a competitor you have to make up your mind long before things get hard. Having the end goal in mind (and decided that you are going to achieve it) is what allows you to push through the rough workouts and the fasted cardio and the low carb days. Surround yourself with people who know your goal and can remind you when you need a gentle nudge. We all have a competitor inside of us.
