If you haven’t been to Sedona, you are missing out on one of the most beautiful places in the country!

In January of 2022, I went on a week long solo road trip to Sedona with my pup. I had no agenda other than to soak up all of Sedona’s energy and to heal from the insanely difficult year that was 2021. I stayed in an Airbnb with a direct view of Cathedral Rock and it was pure magic. I did life changing energy work (reiki), took a guided hike, hiked on my own, explored the town of Sedona and the incredible local restaurants. 

I arrived feeling like a shell of myself; in the darkest place I had ever been personally. But I left feeling like myself and full of optimism for the future. 

Fast forward to a little more than a year later, Matt proposed in front of the same rock formation that I hold dearly and now it will forever be one of my favorite places. It is crazy how much can change in a short amount of time if you allow yourself to focus on the right things and accept the goodness that comes your way. It also helps to have an equal partner you can heal and grow with.
