Happy Flex Friday!! Holy crap! Well in the last two weeks I have been in Vegas, Irvine, San Diego, Philly and NYC! I also turned 28 on Tuesday 😬😱🤷🏼‍♀️. Thank you for all the birthday love despite the fact I've been MIA!! A week from today I'll be back in Vegas for mrolmypialc at the bodybuildingcom booth!!! It's going to be epic because we're returning for the first time in 3 years! Come say hey and get some swag!!
