Everything we create or don’t create is a result of our thoughts ! 

I’ve been watchful of my thoughts since the very beginning of my life as my father used to keep saying “think positive and stay positive”. We’ve had a lots of ups and downs but never once I saw my father break down or release a negative thought ! I grew up in the house , no wonder why there’s nothing negative I can ever think off . 

However, it wasn’t recently that I learnt from one of my Mentors t_harveker that our Thoughts creates Feelings, based on those feelings we act in a certain way which produces a specific result .

Results 

So, if you want to change the result , all you need to do is change the root of it, which is the “thought”. 

But often, I see people change their actions expecting a different result , but end up having the same old result . 

This is because they changed their actions but, were operating from the same old thoughts and feelings. 

Hence , results (what we are and what we aren’t) in our life is a cause of our actions which is due to some feelings and feelings occur due to a certain thought . 

So change the thought to create a different result . This is the power of our thoughts , and hence it’s important to watch your thoughts and analyze are they empowering you or disempowering you? 

All negative thoughts in a sane mind are mostly dis-empowering ! 

Remember, there’s nothing the successful have done that you can’t ! 

So I say , Change your thoughts, change your life !!
