#LifeLessons I'm usually an Overthinker so it sometimes leads to anxiety & stress, but one thing I realized is that sometimes it comes from me focusing on things that are not my responsibility or are out of my realm.

Can you imagine the mental gymanstics worrying about situations & things beyond my scope, my boundaries & my control? 

Once I started minding my business & focused on just showing up, being me, doing my part and leaving the rest to God, I was set Free. 

Once I released it all & surrender all things to God, I started experiencing more Love, Peace & Joy in my life. How about you?
