SAVE & SHARE - For most of my life I've struggled with anxiety. Then a few years ago I started using different tools to help me cope with the anxious thoughts that then sets off the alarm system of my body. 

These things helped, but it was limited, but once I started to surrender it all to God, things changed. I was no longer doing it in my strength, but God tranformed me from the inside out. 

This doesn't mean that I still don't get tempted, but once I feel the anxiety creep near, I pray, I reject the anxious thought & rebuke the devil, instead of going down the slippery slope with worry. 

Also, I feed my mind with the word of God by reading a Bible Verse or listening to Christian music to help me focus on God & hold steadfast to his words.

Here are some Bible Verses on Anxiety that had helped & healed me. SAVE IT & SHARE IT!

Philippians 4:13 
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Philippians 4:6-7
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus"

Proverbs 3:5-6
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight" 

Isaiah 41:10 
“Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”
