What is Mental Wellnessto you? For me, it's being connected to myself, being fully present in each moment & being intuned with who I am, what I'm experiencing, thinking & feeling, so my mind, body & spirit are one with each other. 

Certain experinces, stressors & trauma can lead to chaos in your mind/body/spirit which then causes you to disconnect from yourself & others. So, mental health & wellness is about intentionally reconnecting with myself, my God, the people around me & the world I love in. And this my dear friends, is a daily action.
