We love being nurses, but nursing is not an easy career because it requires alot of dedication, sacrifice & hardwork (mentally, emotionally & physically).

Besides the rewards of caring for people, there is alot to navigate like the politics of the company,, working collaboratively with diverse people, finding healthy ways to cope emotionally with constantly seeing people suffering & also trying to maintain a good work life balance.

So the best way to continue to thrive & love the work you do is by having a tribe of nurses & a community of people who you can learn from & lean on for support.
