Where are you in your life right now & how are you feeling? 

As humans with a certain type of conditioning, we are constantly on the move, doing lots of things to be busy, working, hustling, searching for something or someone, always chasing either a title, position, more money, power, acceptance, validation or approval. The chase can be all consuming & never ending because the list is endless. The chase can be intoxicating, it can be a habit or even a trauma response to prove yourself & your worth. 

I have been there & done that, but I have transcended that. One of the things I've learned is that there is no final destination. The beauty of life is in this present moment & the life lessons are found on the journey of just becoming your truest self. 

So slow down & just be. Find rest in God & let your mind, body & spirit be fully restored.
