#FunFact I officially got diagnosed with ADHD Dec 2022 and in January, God said my Mantra for 2023 is Focus & Consistentcy the 2 things I struggle a lot with. 😂 God definitely has a sense of humor.

I’ve struggled with this all my life even if I didn't have a name for it & I learned different strategies to cope which I'll share.

So why did I want a full evaluation & why now?
1. Curiosity so I can better understand myself 
2. Confirmation by a professional & not self diagnosing
3. Access to more tools & resources to help me better manage my life.
