## Caption

In honor of #WomensHistoryMonth, #IkonPass is celebrating women across the mountains. 🏔

Today, meet Elizabeth von Rummel and learn how she inspired the beginning of @cmh_heli.

Lizzie was a female whose spirit embodied mountain life, generosity and a deep passion and love for the great outdoors who loved the magical landscape of the @cmhcariboos. She opened the doorway to the Canadian wilderness, paving the way for countless aspiring mountaineers.

Head to the link in our bio to learn more about Lizzie and her accomplishments.
