## Caption

Plus500 Half Marathon done and dusted. The event was really well organized and the atmosphere was solid. Halfway through I had some gut issues and ended up losing about seven minutes on a toilet break, but I’m still happy with how I ran, especially after coming back from injury. Next year I’ll be back stronger and smarter.
