Desert Palm X-Country 15K was a tough one today, especially after pushing through a technical 15K trail run the day before. With the heat and humidity making it even harder, I had to switch up my strategy and settle into a more manageable pace, as I struggled with my breathing. Despite the conditions, I’m proud to have finished strong and happy with the result!
