## Caption

The biggest thing I have noticed is how much more deeply I am feeling every kick, twinge, pressure, etc. 

Between this being my fourth pregnancy and it being twins, the muscle memory the last few weeks have been trying with all the discomfort and worry it brings. With both boys head down (currently), that low pressure feeling on my body is next level. And because they have each other to play off of, their movements are nonstop (yes, totally reassuring but also totally jarring at times). 

For the first time in any of my pregnancies, I am waddling when I walk, I am wearing a belly band, being behind the wheel and driving is becoming less and less, and the frequent bathroom runs with full bladder pees is rather impressive. 

I’ve hit many self made milestones for this pregnancy:
✔️ Survive the first trimester
✔️ Have a healthy 20 week anatomy scan
✔️ Eat between 80 and 100 grams of protein per day
✔️ Pass the glucose / gestational diabetes test 
✔️ Make it to 24 weeks (viability outside the womb)
✔️ Get to the third trimester without any complications 

Now that we’re in the final stretch, my two remaining goals are:
⭕️ Cook these babies for at least 36 weeks, but aiming for 38+
⭕️ Have a healthy, safe home birth with my kick ass team 

This is where the mental game of that last month+ of pregnancy comes into play. And I know that. So for now, lots of rest, fluids, sleep when I can, and surrendering to whatever the plan will be.
