If you thought all my exclusive and extended breastfeeding content was controversial…buckle up. 😅

Because yes, we found out we’re expecting twins.
And yes, we’re still planning a home birth. 🏡✨

Here’s the thing:
Birth has taken place at home since the beginning of time. Hospitals didn’t become the “norm” until less than 100 years ago. And while we’re lucky to have access to emergency care if needed, birth itself? It’s not a medical emergency, it’s a physiological process.

I am trained for this.
I trust my education. 
I trust my team. 
I trust my body.
And I’ve assembled the best support possible, including an OB who specializes in twin, breech, and other out-of-hospital births.

Our decision might not be for everyone and that’s okay.
But informed choice is powerful. And feeling safe, seen, and supported in birth should be the baseline, not a bonus.

We’re not afraid of “what ifs”, we’re prepared for them.
And more importantly? We’re walking into this next chapter grounded, present, and empowered.
