## Caption

Raising three kids close in age means a lot of noise, a lot of snacks, and a lot of “what even is fair today?”

And what I’ve learned?
Fair doesn’t mean equal.
Loving them doesn’t mean parenting them identically.
They are not carbon copies — and I don’t want them to be.

So we’re learning to listen.
To lead with curiosity.
To push back on gender norms, birth order assumptions, and one-size-fits-all advice.

Because these are three full, wild, wonderful humans.
And they deserve to be raised like it.
