Been QUIETLY cooking. At 39, I’m stepping into the best shape of my life—mentally, physically, and spiritually.

I’ve never been more dialed-in.
Never more present as a father and husband as we have spent summer break traveling all over the US as a family.

And Never more OBSESSED with getting my students to the next level.
