Hot Spiced Vanilla Protein Latte. 

- 1 cup hot coffee (I love Think from Four Sigmantic)
- 1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate (I love USANA’s 4-ingredient one with 1 net carbs and 25 grams of clean protein)
- a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, or cardamom to coffee in French pressed (before pressing) 
-  a few drops of no-sugar vanilla extract (or any flavor you desire)

Blend together with a frother and enjoy on a cool morning!
