Last minute recipe for the big game 🏈🏟️🏆

Directions:
1. Thinly slice a golden Yukon potato. 
2. Season with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and pepper. 
3. Spray a baking sheet and bake at 475 for 25-30 minutes or until fork tender. 
4. Choose your toppings - I used shredded Colby jack and bacon. 
5. Place back in the oven until the cheese is melted. 
6. Garnish with green onions and serve with a side of sour cream, enjoy!
