🍵Self care is so important especially this time of year. I have been wanting to try the @oraspace Gua Sha so I booked my acupuncture with the gua sha add on service. It was so good and I can’t stop thinking about it. Acupuncture really helps calm@the nervous system but the gua sha totally works the muscle and helps get out all the knots. Plus, their relaxing tea assortments are amazing and a great gift idea!
