Running is a form of active meditation for me. 
A daily decompress, a daily prayer.

Mostly, I run for the ecstasy and joy it gives 💥

but when life gets tough, I use it as a refuge.  An act of declaring that no matter what’s going on, I’m not letting myself down. It’s one of the fastest ways to get back to my center.
