Can't wait to start the new project during the time in Africa soon. More footage in better quality for the upcoming YouTube channel and Instagram is in the making. It's hard to explain but with every new project my viewpoint changes a lot and it takes some time to realize the improvement in your visual compositions, but when it happens it's like "clicking in your head" and you understand exactly what to do to improve your work. And since you understood the difference, it almost felt soo awfully easy so that you feel stupid that you didn't work like that loong before. It's like riding a bike or swimming - once you understand compositioning better, you'll never loose it and you never ever have to edit your ass off when you look at your footage. 
This photo is from 2013 and so I can tell you that Africa 2018 is gonna outperform my current or older photography in many ways.
Now that's what is very exciting for me personally. Most friends telling me, naaaah then you don't enjoy the very moment during the time on your travels. That's NOT the case because with better understanding of compositioning and all the other aspects, you're WAY quicker at the place. So if you get lucky with the light you'll actually have more time without using the camera but still have great footage. You also see the world through many persectives. Many travelers just "ignore" the real beauty of a destination. They wanna see many things but don't really look close enough and SEE things. I was the same in the past.

"It's always worth traveling to a destination twice if you're able to see the perspektive with the eyes of a kid." And so it's true for other perspectives like the photographer's view.
