Contrary to popular belief, I didn’t always look like this.

I was inflamed. Bloated. Sharp in the OR — foggy in the mirror.

I thought I knew the science. But I was still out of control.

I didn’t need a trainer. I needed discipline, fasting, knowledge, and to stop lying to myself.

Now I live the protocol.
