Survival mode is a state of continuous, unresolved stress. It can keep people trapped in patterns of fear, stress, and past conditioning. In survival mode, the fight-or-flight nervous system is activated, which can narrow focus and magnify threats.
In contrast, living in creation can cultivate coherence between the mind. This state can involve a relaxation response, which can decrease heart rate, blood pressure, and metabolism. It can also facilitate deep rest, growth, and inner coherence. It’s a state of continuous JOY 🤩
