For the last 3 years or so, I went back into a done-for-you services/agency type model with my first offer, Content Collab.

We edited short-form videos and created carousel posts so that people had 30 days of content ready to go and schedule. I sold that out within a week of announcing it.

That led to one of the clients hiring me to be her Launch Manager and then Business Manager, which then morphed into full-on COO mode. 

We did a 7-Figure systems audit. Built a small but mighty team, sorted out the project management system (hers was ClickUp). 

Worked in a mastermind with a mentor who specialises in Fractional COO work (meaning you do it for more than one client at a time). 

We set 85% of the tasks in the business to recurring, eliminating the need for the CEO and COO to be doing all the tasks and constantly chasing up.

My team and I (including my husband on the video editing side) helped her brand, plan, organise, project manage and launch her Podcast into the world.

She was then able to take a 3-month-long sabbatical without her business and presence disappearing into thin air.

The podcast still went out, social posts from that pillar content got scheduled, emails got sent to the list... for three months. 

When she got back, she was able to pick things up and start booking coaching clients, including private VIP Days in person. 

Her journey of Marie Kondo-ing her business continues and she’s making the move to an all-in-one system in order to simplify even further...

With SOPs fully created with video walk-throughs, written versions and links to everything needed, I’ve been able to gracefully hand over to the team and essentially step out as COO, knowing that things can now run smoothly even though I’m not there hands-on anymore.

As one chapter closed,🥰 another opened....
