Kind words and a beautiful gift box from one of my newest clients. I stepped in to help out when a team member fell critically in mid-August with project management and moved into a COO role by September helping with operations, team, marketing, launches and copywriting.

I’ve helped cultivate and build teams for a number of clients now and I really do feel that I have a special connection with my remote business BFFs who I work with ❤️

I’m currently doing an entire ClickUp HQ build out for this client including their general operations, upcoming launches (of various types) and I did this for another client too back in Sept/Oct.

Prior to this I spent two years helping a client as COO / business manager.

This high-level service just seemed to organically happen. I didn’t plan the pivot. 

I’ve spent years running my own online business as well as offering coaching/consulting to my clients.

This is now a new way that people work with me. 

I’ve learned so much doing this work, managing larger teams and launches. 

Gosh! I really need to start a podcast and share my learnings from the last 2 years + 

I can’t wait to see what 2025 holds.
