Here, premium mountain flavours meet modern culinary technique and an elevated gastronomic atmosphere ✨. A restaurant that is beginning to host curated encounters and themed evenings — especially those dedicated to wine and spirits.

During the event, we enjoyed a series of courses and guided wine pairings featuring labels from ktimapavlidis (Drama 🇬🇷). A beautifully crafted menu curated by the team of: 👨‍🍳 george_ntouskos, ilias_evangelopoulos, nikos_gourzis.

The evening showcased how producers and wineries can step beyond their home regions emerging in new environments, reaching new audiences, and meeting wine lovers where memorable experiences are created.
