My Healing Journey was a JOURNEY...

I know how frustrating it is, to have energy crashes, food cravings 😫backed up bowels...

Weight loss resistance, and just not feel like your productive self!

IT SUCKS.

For YEARS I was a chronic dieter and had a host of digestive and hormonal issues.

I wasted a lot of time and energy searching for answers to my annoying symptoms, 
.
which often left me confused, frustrated, with not much relief.
.
Nutrition is POWERFUL AF.

And I was able to support and really heal my body by making radical changes to my diet.

I attribute this to being fuelled by FAT🥥

High Fat is where it is at Baby!⭐️
