FOOD BABY😖😩

I had a bloated belly, backed up bowels, and felt chronically tired ALL the time…

I had SO many digestive and gut issues that I literally wanted to slam my head against the wall.

I ate the "cleanest diet" being a holistic nutritionist - my diet was loaded with veggies, fruits, fiber, whole grains....

ALL the foods I was taught in nutrition school to be so called healthy.

These foods were actually making my gut issues worse! (shocking right!?)
