If you are not familiar with my story, I struggled with dieting and disordered eating for SO many years.
.
Adapting to a Fat Fuelled Lifestyle aloud me to overcome my life long battle with food, negative body image and body dysmorphia.
.
I am in place in my life, where I have found a lot peace and acceptance within myself,
.
So I feel it is important for me to be open about my journey to help other women who are going through, or have gone through a similar story to mine.
.
I never EVER felt comfortable talking about my eating issues...
.
Because I had a lot of shame about this for most of my adult life.
.
But I wouldn't be the women I am today, if I didn't go through ALL of it.
.
So I can look back at all my struggles with Gratitude and Grace🙏❤️

And as some of the hardest but greatest lessons I am truly thankful for
