For SO many years I hated my body. Always trying to be “skinnier” or trying to have more muscle.

Never being satisfied or grateful for even having a BODY, that can move, that can walk, that keeps me warm, that protects me.

So many women have shame or insecurities around our body’s.
. 
⚡️Our body’s create LIFE 👶❤️

If you ask me that’s Pretty F*cking AMAZING!❤️

Just a reminder you are SPECTACULAR

Your Body Is SPECTACULAR

And whatever issues you may be going through with your body - know that you are NOT alone

You can find peace and love within yourself💕

It takes time and the openness to reclaim your F*cken POWER⚡️❤️

I’m living proof - tbh I never thought I would get to this place (sad I know)

But why not be open to BEING your inner Beyoncé?

Everything shifted for me when I Finally Surrendered and started to LOVE my body for all that it does for me💕and BE grateful for having a body ✨
