What a day. What a crowd. What a vibe.

On the ground at Festival City ACE Hardware, hands on the Blackstone griddles and the Cozze oven, cooking live, sharing flavors, and watching people genuinely enjoy every bite, this is why I do what I do.

Huge respect and gratitude to the YallaCamping team, the incredible Chef Ibtissame, and everyone behind the scenes who made this activation happen seamlessly. When passion, prep, and people align magic happens.

From my signature pizza, to the special steak, to the crowd-favorite Emirati Korean Fusion Sauce, and yes… that Nutella pizza with dried dates and coarse sea salt 🧂 seeing smiles, hearing feedback, and watching plates come back clean was the real reward.

Thank you to every single person who stopped by, tasted, asked questions, and shared the moment with us. The energy, the flow, and the love were unreal and I’m grateful for every minute of it.
